Oaxaca Taqueria has signed a 10-year lease to opens its fifth Manhattan location.
The trendy Mexian eatery leased 400 s/f at 125 East 7th Street in the East Village, joining a new high-end tea house on the trendy block between First Avenue and Avenue A,
Buchbinder & Warren Realty Group agent Dan Satterwhite represented the tenant in the transaction while Besen Retail’s Kristy Schunk and Matt Mager represented the landlord.
Asking rent was $120 psf, according to the brokers.
