Price will start his new role with Elliman working on several projects including The Sterling Mason at 71 Laight Street, a new Morris Adjmi-designed 33-unit luxury condominium residence in TriBeCa.
His past accomplishments include the successful marketing and sales of over two dozen premiere Manhattan properties, including 7 Hubert Street, 25 N. Moore Street, 92 Laight Street and 416 Washington Street.
Over his 18-year career, Price achieved more than $1.5 billion in property sales, further positioning him as one of the leading experts in his field.
“Reid has exceptional talent and will bring a great deal to our highly successful formula pairing top agents with top developers to market and sell some of the city’s most coveted properties,” said Susan de França, President and CEO of Douglas Elliman Development Marketing.
“We look forward to sharing his expertise, which we strongly believe will significantly enhance our team and add value for our clients.”
“Douglas Elliman is tapped into the most revolutionary properties and marketing ideas in the industry. Working with a true visionary like Susan de França is an honor,” added Price.
“Reid is a longtime colleague and a great friend. He will continue to raise the bar for our industry with his unwavering commitment, creativity, and professionalism,” said Horacio LeDon, President of Development Marketing Florida and Senior Managing Director of Development Marketing New York.
