Donnelly Mechanical Corporation has been awarded a one-year contract to provide HVAC maintenance services for the headquarters of Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co. L.P. (KKR), located in the Solow Building in New York City.
Effective July 1, 2013, Donnelly Mechanical will provide emergency services and preventive maintenance for approximately 50 office units spread among five floors at the Solow Building, a Manhattan skyscraper designed by Gordon Bunshaft of Skidmore, Owings and Merrill.
The Solow Building at 9 West 57th Street, renowned for its breathtaking views of the city skyline and Central Park, houses the headquarters of KKR, a leading global investment firm, as well as the headquarters of Natixis, Apollo Management, Silver Lake Partners and Chanel.
