Cresa New York is taking the lead on a 100,000 s/f built-out for immigration specialists Fragomen, Del Rey, Bernsen & Loewy, LLP.
James A. Pirot of Cresa New York has been retained as the project manager for Fragomen’s relocation to 1400 Broadway from 7 Hanover. Fragomen signed a 108,000 s/f deal for the entire eighth through 10th floors.
Pirot will lead Cresa’s Project Management services assisting in the final lease negotiation, landlord space planning, construction through Fragaomens occupancy; including project and facility planning, team assembly, budget management, design/construction control, FFE coordination and relocation planning.
Fragomen, Del Rey, Bernsen & Loewy LLP is an international law firm with its principal office located in New York. Fragomen provides immigration services globally in co-ordination with Fragomen affiliates.
Newmark Knight Frank represented both the tenant and the owner of 1400 Broadway, Empire State Realty Trust, in the lease transaction.
