SL Green Realty Corp. and The Moinian Group announce that they have chosen Winick Realty Group LLC to exclusively represent the 36,000 s/f of retail at 3 Columbus Circle.
Winick Realty Group LLC’s CEO Jeff Winick and executive vice president Lori Shabtai, along with associate directors Kelly Gedinsky and Michael Gleicher, will work on behalf of SL Green and The Moinian Group to market the space.
The retail at 3 Columbus Circle boasts a corner entrance on 57th Street and Eighth Avenue with 27-foot high ceilings.
The 6,300 s/f ground floor alone provides visibility with 150 feet of wraparound frontage on both 57th Street and Eighth Avenue. Two grand escalators lead to the 29,700 s/f second floor.
With 750 ft of all-glass frontage that encompasses an entire city block from 57th to 58th Streets on both Broadway and Eighth Avenue, the second floor overlooks three of Manhattans most traversed attractions: Columbus Circle, Central Park and the Time Warner Center.
The retail at 3 Columbus Circle features 360-degree signage and branding potential, and a dedicated elevator.
Its entrance is across from the Columbus Square subway station, which serves more than 21,300,000 riders each year, making it the seventh busiest transportation hub in all of New York City.
